Shipping policy

Door delivery in kampala, Uganda is by our courier/rider. 

 Orders outside/ further from the  central district are arranged for bus courier / taxi transportation to their respective destinations.

our CC packages to Kenya, and Rwanda are shipped by our bus couriers :

Nairobi packages  for door delivery are picked up by our personnel from our couriers office and delivered to there respective destinations.(no extra fee is incurred on delivery )

Packages destined for pick up arrive at our couriers offices the morning after they are sent through.

Upon arrival, you are able to visit our couriers office close to you  to pick up your package. , (the pick up office and location can be found in our  shipping schedule email sent  upon order completion.))
